Maintenance and parking both suck! There is never any open parking spaces, if you have more than one vehicle, good luck! I've lived here for about one year and had to call maintenance about five times, only once they came that same day and fixed the problem. I had a leak the very first month I moved in and 9 months later it has never been fixed. Also I don't know who is responsible for cleaning up and checking these apartments before renting to another tenant, but when I moved in, the DIRT was unbelievable!
