Everything is cheap but the rent. Me and my family been living in a 3 bedroom apartment for 4 long years and will be getting out next year.

CHEAP>It's like paying for a diamond and getting a piece of glass.

Maintenance
It's a joke and a hazard. This place is too cheap to pay for labor, they do not have enough maintenance workers to get to everyone.
Waited six weeks to get oven fixed.
2nd floor toilet ran over into kitchen after it ran for 4 years.
Cannot get in touch with a human being over the phone. Plus no one ever calls back.
Still have lumber sitting out on the lawn and on the pathway.(2 weeks)

Landscaping
Grass burns in the summertime(ever heard of fertilizer')
The building on the outside are filfthy.
It took a call to the police and fire dept. to get snow removed from the entire complex so people could go get to work.
When they do work around the complex, they don't give any notice. Came home to wood particles in my parking spot and neighbor had machine in his parking spot.

Pros:
Cons outweight the Pros so I'm not going to mention them

More:

The walls are made of paper,You can hear the neighbors phone ring, laugh, etc. Putting anything on the wall(including the closet)is a risk it will fall.
No place for visitors to park. So they park on the outerbanks, so it makes it coming out of the court difficult.
No security at all.(had car stolen 3 years ago)
With the cheap electrical system, the outside door lights go out once a month. Then replaced whenever they get to it.
The swimming pool stays open for four months. Over a 140 something dollars to use it. A ripoff when there are kids all over the place.
Can't broil food cause the smoke detectors go off.

For some residents(including me) I-287 is a constant 24/7 noise prison. What's the point of sitting on the "lovely" balcony or open the windows if all we hear is the sound of traffic' I thought in a residential area, dividers had to be put between home and traffic.



YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEYS WORTH!
All management cares about is getting that rent check every month.(I wonder where all that money is going.)
If you don't mind getting cheated, then this is the place for you.

Please don't make the same the mistake I did.
