Nice Apt., Terrible Management

I love my apartment, but the sloths who run this place ruin it. Before you move in, test them yourselves. Just try to get someone on the phone who is not in the model office. The model office is the only one that can be reached, and they don't do anything but show apartments.

Before I moved in, they promised they would make specific repairs. When I finally moved in, none of it was done. It took about 10 unreturned phone calls, 10 office visits, and about three months before something was done. They pretend like they care, but never get around to doing anything.
