Dump Trucks from Quarry

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2005
 
The sound of the dump trucks running overnight and day is simply unreal. They actually set off car alarms and shake pictures on my walls. It is impossible to open windows or sliding doors while they are running. For a period they run 24/7. Not kidding!! I received no response from management, health dept or police. The grass is no longer watered and had died long ago. I loved it when I moved in 6 yrs ago, but has gone downhill very fast.
