New Apartments, but Small. Bad management

Lived here for 1.5 yrs and works great for bacherors who can share the rooms. Good location (except for the I-287 noise for some apartments ), nice utilities. Neighborhood is convenient and safe.

But the management wasn't accessible and if there is any problem with accounts/service, it is so difficult to talk to a person.

Be aware that Living room is smaller than the bedroom. Lease terms are not flexible. Move in & out was very smooth.

Small 1 bedrooms but nice. Management never returns phone calls. Biggest complaint are the Dump Trucks from an Asphalt Factory that run up and down the street at all hours of the night day as well as many overnights during the summer. Impossible to sleep.
