I've lived here for about 1 year. Most of my issues were fixed promptly. The leasing office staff is very nice and flexible. I've been able to get a hold of the admin staff without any problems. I haven't had any bugs in my apartment like the others mentioned. Heating and air are fine. Price is good. They even have flexible lease once you reach 12 months, and some good specials. For the price, this place is great.

there are definitely bugs in these apartments. the leasing office reeks of smoke because of the chain smoking women that work in there. there is no flexibility, and maintenance takes forever to get ANYTHING done

suprise to find you did not mention about parking (no free spots)..its a nightmare, garage is very small for van. This is just bigger than a 2 bedroom apartment. (so its not actually a 3 bedroom) Many donot know they were built for sale, just few sold why? bcoz of location - behind is I-287, quary type industry, 1994 "gas" fire explosion (goto youtube.com). This apartment was failure..the management has to rent out this white elephant. Thats why you see people move out after enjoying 2/3 months discounts Its only worth if you get 3 months off (on 12 month lease), else not worth it.
