Dear all,

I have stayed here for almost a year now. I have to heave a sigh of relief now that my lease is expiring.

Positives
1. Close to Apna Bazaar & Pathmark
2. Can manage without a car
3. Metropark is at a walkable distance. A 1 mile walk in summer is pleasant. But you always have the option of buses to station.

Negatives
1. Lots of wildlife in the apartments.
Roaches are a plenty. Bed bugs are free too. The roaches once killed by spray and picked up by the rats in the night. So no need of cleaning the dead roaches.
2. Calls to maintenance office usually end up on voice messages, even if some one picks up there is no one coming to attend to your complaints.
