I lived in Trafalgar Gardens, Edison in 2008. I chose this place due to some hurry and I regretted this decision for one year.
They have reduced the rents now, but I would suggest NO to this place even if its for FREE.

1) The houses are full of Mices, Bedbugs and few other creatures. You will see them everywhere in the house, (from kitchen top to Bedroom). I would have caught more than 30 mices in one year in glue traps. I even got allergies, so this place is very unhygienic.
2) The parking is horrible. The space has got lot of hollow spots and you will have water logging in rainy season and dust in summer.
3) The neighbours dont make living easy either. They feed birds from balconies, they throw bottles and you will never feel 'Clean'
4) Your security deposit would be at risk. They search for opportunities to hold back your deposit when you vacate.
5) All sorts of illegal activities happen in the parking corner with the college/hi school/whatever going superheroes.

The maintenance staff show up when you complain, but they could do little to this pathetic apartment.
So look for something else, do talk with some people living in the apartment before you book something. Good luck.
