I lived in a 2 bedroom apartment at Valley Manor.
Pros: They are nice tidy apartments in a valley next to Raritan river. Scenic.
If you live on the farther side of the apt away from the bridge then traffic
won't be a nuisance. The office people are friendly and pretty prompt at your service requests. Debbie and Pat in particular are very helpful people.
Cons: Pet policy. If your neighbors do not control their dogs barking then you may feel like you are living in a zoo. I complained many a times about that but no action was taken other than office people telling the neighbors verbally about the dogs barking and that did not help. These dogs served as a morning alarm for me. It might be a problem if you are a late riser. The floors are hardwood and make a squeaking sound when the persons living upstairs walk.

people can be as loud or louder than pets. If it is not one thing, it is always another.

Don't compare human babies with animals! Yes sometimes colic babies are a pain, if you have to hear them, but still DO NOT compare.
