It all depends

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I have lived in the 1-bedroom apartment at Valley Manor, this is my second year. We specifically asked for hardwood floors when we were looking for an apartment because of the dog - he was a puppy then, and accidents did happen. It was the only apartment complex that allows tenants to have a big-size dog, for a price ($75/month).
The laundry is ok, sometimes the machines break, but nothing works forever. A bit pricey (1.50/1.25) for a load of laundry, but there's an option of doing it in a laundromat 5 min away.
Parking is good.
Pool is open in the summer time, which is very nice. We have enjoyed it last year.
It appears to me that the management is accepting state-sponsored "vouchers" for mentally disabled -- I have no problem with that but sometimes they can get loud, expecially on the weekends - they all gathered right under our windows and it's a bit annoying.
The bridge is not very noisy and it hasn't bothered us at all. The location of the apartment complex is very convenient as it is close to major highways, shopping and transportation yet pretty secluded.
