Of course everything can be better. I seem to have a problem getting maintenance to do a good job. I have lots of water damage on the basement floor and they just come in and paint over it instead of really solving the solution. The rain leaks in my apartment and the basement floors have roaches and waterbug problems (I one or two a week).
Other than that, the place is nice and quiet with occasional noise from neighbors. The pool is there, but if any small thing happens they close it up and that means BBQ grills too. Parking is great, but is under too many trees so during hot days, the sap from the trees will always be on your car.
