The office ppl are realy very good and prompt but this is a very old construction and so have some problems which according to their own ppl are unfixable, especially heating problems in some units, this project has a water based heating system and everytime they turn off the water for some reason (which is very often) the heating disappears and somebody has to come and do the suction to restore heating which usually leaves me with almost 1 1/2 days without heating.
