Valley Manor Apartments

I love it here!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/4/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I have been a resident for about 5 years now and it has been great so far... Yes it is a old complex but that is what you have to take into consideration when moving in... Maintenance always get done whenever i have a problem (and yes i will admit you have to give pat some time to go to your apartment if it is not an emergency BUT REMEMBER THEY HAVE AT LEAST 200 APARTMENTS HERE!!) I see some people have negative comments and obvisouly the only time you will take time out of your day to write something here is when you are not happy about something with the property. But i am going to be one of those who has something positive to say.. this is a very quiet, well kept community that i love living at... i had one problem with a tenant that was playing loud music throughout the night but once i notified the office ( Ms. Dayana and Madeline) they handled the situation right away and I have not had a problem since. My rent is reasonable and the space is just right. :)
