i lived here for a year... i had cockroaches and the maintenance guy when hearing about it laughed at me! he said in the 20 years he's worked here he had never heard of a cockroaches complaint... SERIOUSLY!' gosh.. he was so mean! and the office that Diana lady' shes such a b***** the only person that is worth talking to is Madeline.. she should definitely take over Diana's job. Diana could care less about the people living in this complex. the carpet they put in when you move in is called 'new' but let me tell you its the WORST and CHEAPEST carpet anyone could put into their apt buildings... it sheds and keeps in all the dust. my allergies went through the ROOF =( in the winter time.. .i had no heat when (its included) i went and bought a heater which then put my electric bill at like $70 for the months of dec and jan. talk about a RIP OFF. Twice when i lived here they turned off the electricity WITHOUT notice so everything in my fridge went bad....... everything. they give you only a one day notice before shutting of your water when they have to do "maintenance' on it. there's a pool here, but no one goes in it b/c the maintenance guys have YET to clean it....

no i left as soon as my one year lease was over... they still deny cockroaches... that mean lady diana still lives there...and the maintenance guys are just as bad... still.......
