Live here only if you truly can't afford better! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/8/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   The apartment is clean, pest-free, but poorly insulated so it's cold in the winters. The staff is very unresponsive - you have to call several times to get maintenance problems dealt with and hope that they will response to you. The walls are terribly thin. I can hear my neighbors phone conversations, arguments, and whatever else. The laundry rooms are filthy, the garbage cans are located in areas I'm afraid to go near even in the daytime. It's a great deal if you want to live in a safe area and have your own space, but not a place of peace by any means. They are horrible with cleaning the streets and the walkways when it snows. I've had enough and I'm definitely moving this year.
