Durham Woods (formerly Village Court) 19% Recommended May 04 2008: I have been staying in Durhamwoods for more than a year. This is the worst of all the apartments I have lived in. The management is very bad. There used to be terror of afr-american kids targeting all Idnians. See Talmadge Village 21% Recommended Apr 30 2008: I've made the biggest biggest mistake of moving here and I just moved here. Management SUCKS especially DIANE PROPERTY MANAGER. The only problem is the toilet clogging, and since we have only one bathroom it is a pain. The female sitting in th eoffice is very un-responsive.
