Rent increase every year 2.5-5% every year - No, I would not recommend this place. Pathetic appartments--BED BUGs Please avoid, they are full of bugs and cockroaches, I was forced to leave as no amount of treatment could kill the bed bugs. The maintenece is horrible.

Never think of renting here I lived for 3 years. The key issues are :
- Deposits (never expect to get your more than 50% of your deposits. They will innovate ways to charge you, simply ignore your compaints, will not show any evidence of what they will charge you for)
