The staff on duty at the front office are usually clueless and unhelpful; although, they rarely have good moments. The overall attitude of the staff seems to be poor and they only seem to care about your money.

The apartments are overpriced and overrated for what you pay each month.

The apartments are NOT vaulted between units. If you're in the lower-level unit, you will be able to hear your upstairs neighbors walk up and down the stairs, and across the floor. You will also be able to hear the bass from units above and beside you when they listen to music or watch a movie.

If you live next to the golf course, you can expect your vehicle(s) to be hit by golf balls, and you might notice a window broken at your apartment as well. By the way, you do not get greens privelages.

Good maintenance is hit and miss depending on which maintenance guy you get. Some are clueless, some have it together, and some are jerks.

Barbecue Grills are not allowed; however, that doesn't mean that people don't still have them and/or use them. Just watch out for neighbors that stand by their phone.

Expect other neighbors to nitpick and call the front office on every little thing that they go out of their way to notice.

I would recommend that you try a different apartment complex or private rental if possible.

Sounds like someone who couldn't afford the rent or broke the rules put in so everyone can enjoy their homes. The apartments are huge! Cheaper per sq ft than any other apartments in the area and it has attached garage. With free phones, cable, no need for a storage unit, free water, sewer, trash pick up at the door (NO DUMPSTERS), I saved $100s every month. The garage is the best. No fighting for a parking space close to the apartment. In bad weather, just drive right in (they give you a garage door opener)and unload the car. Many times I needed something in my truck, or wanted to put something in so I would not forget it in the AM and I did not need to get dressed to run out to the parking lot. If I wasn't transferred, I'd stay forever.
