The apartment complex was a wonderful place to live a few years back. But since then they have changed their policies just to get people in as renters. The restrictions first set, made staying here enjoyable. They have renters who are noisy, rude, dirty and inconsiderate of regular tenants. The noise level here has always been a problem. Not sure on insulation between apartments. It seems to not be the norm for apartment living. I hate to see it go any further downhill.
