I am shocked to read the comments coming from tenants who have lived in Chilton Towers. I?ve lived here for almost four years... and yes... there was a problem with someone vandalizing cars... BUT... it is a problem that happens in any city, not just this area of Elizabeth... I?ve never had a problem trying to reach office staff, they are usually available during office hours. Everytime that I've called, as minimal as it may seem, there is someone always available to attend to our problems. The elevators are usually in good working order... The space is great... There are no roaches... Having the advantage of one of the two biggest apartments on top floors... I must say that it is a pleasure living here... I think that the crime is no more that anyone can encounter in ANY area...
