Walked 15 flights of stairs with laundry

Folks, they are renovating one elevator for more than 30 days and the two other ones were stuck on the first floor. Elderly people at 10pm at night had to walk 9 flights of stairs. I had laundry and had to walk all 15 flights. There are 15 steps per flight. We were down to one elevator on Christmas!! Not to mention that you can push open the back door to get into the building. The storm drains in the back are still not working so, when it rains, there is an obstacle of a deep trench to avoid before getting to the doors.
