I hate to say this but this place was TERRIBLE. People post these comments on how the Rental Agent is in her office'''' What office are you going to ''' Her front door''' She is never in there. You mention that the meetings with the detectives took place''' That was done when she was on maternity leave. There hasnt been one since then. You mention the improvements in the lobby'' The "new"furniture was taken away months ago when a senior citizen went to the bathroom on it and it hasnt been replaced since. Thats the problem here. Too many promises that are never kept. The Rental Agent and super dont follow up nor follow through. They start a job and never finish it. Rather never start it at times. They need better security and they need to keep the senior citizen commune out of the lobby. When i first cam here, I thought it was a retirement home. Management doesnt give a crap about anyone or anything, just give me the rent and we will deal with the rest when we get around to it. They come here once a week and they strut around and make there notes. Was here three years, paint chipping cant get carpet although I am constantly told my "kids"make too much noise. Umm theres one for you unless they are ants they will make noise. The Super NEVER answers the pager after hours and then his boss will come on Monday and tell you that he never got the pages. They all lie and cover for each other. You have a leak and until it goes into the apartment below you andthey complain too, nothing will be done about it.

DONT RENT HERE THEY ARE TERRIBLE

This is soooooooo true. I want her job. Good pay and nothing to do but go home most of the day. Just hang a sign. Anyone else would have been fired by now.
