You folks should really update your info. This are a perfectly safe area. The fire dept is about 6 blocks away. the sheriff is 2 two blocks away. There are are 4 cops that live IN the building that I know of. If you have a maintenence problem, call them and it is usually repaired within one day. The old mgr was fired and replaced by a wonderful lady name Judy. I park my car in the lot and have had no problems whatsoever. If the neiborhood was so bad they would not be building a condo unit across the street. Here is my advice...GO SEE IT FOR YOURSELF!
