I have been living in Chilton towers for a few years, when I moved in the building it (including former mngr.)had alot of class, and the area wasn't horrible, now the area is disgusting, and the building seems to have lowered it's standards, everything has gone downhill (except for maintenance). The former manager was not fired (get your facts straight!)she left to raise her children. Overall I would not recommend living here - you can be in a much nicer neighborhood for the money. I am moving out when my lease is up.
