I've lived in this apartment complex for the past two months and so far it has been ok. I have a one bedroom apartment and is very spacious. However, there are certain things that are really annoying me. See below:

Pros:
Spacious living, bedroom and closet
Quiet Building Entrance-Well Kept
Parking Space
Friendly Super

Cons:
LINGERING ODORS! Every Wed. & Thursday at least on my floor. It's very irritaring to smell other's people cooking, especially when you're not even cooking. The Nasty Seasoning Odors lingers into my apartment, Arrgh!
Noise, you're able to hear people talking, going in and out of their apartments and thru the hallways, even when the walls are pure concrete!

I don't think that I will live here long due to the LINGERING ODORS. I just can't live with it. I love scented candles, but these days I have been burning one too many, includig Fabreze PLug Ins. I would not like to deter anyone from renting in this building, but if you're sensitive to lingering odors then this is not the place for you!
