Linden Arms consists of two buildings, five stories each with 8 apts on each floor. Laundry facility located in each building's basement with three washers/dryers each that uses electronic cards.

Super lives in one building and building manager lives in the other. This helps in that they keep up the apts and the grounds. Both the super and building manager take care of any problems immediately and are nice to boot. They also accept packages for tenants.

Except for occassional tiny spiders, there is no vermin to speak of and the landlord provides monthly insterminator service on request.

The building is located across from Warinanco Park with ponds and the only noise one might hear is the geese that tends to congregate in the mornings in the park.

There is commuter service to New York City four blocks away and train service is a very short bus ride away.

Only downside is a no pet policy.

I plan on staying here as long as I can.
