Nothings Change for 2009

It is March 24, 2009 and nothings have changed like the previously posted.
We had gun shots last night, a tenant meeting held by management which out of 120 people only about 12 attended and 5 were not due to be there. Property Manger seems combative and on the defense. Employees were release from duties due to giving keys to drug dealers for stash houses (not the first time a staff member for this property has had legal issues, without reporting to the authorities). This property gets 5 million dollars a year and will probably increase with the Stimulus Package. Building has passed inspection with broken smoke detectors, no hot water, mold, clogged sinks ,cabinets falling off walls, ghastly repairs and windows falling off frames. God forbid if anything breaks it will not get repaired for a least a year. If you think AIG is a vacuum for your hard earned cash, try mismanagement of housing funds. I have decided that I will keep quarterly post on this site until someone gets it right.

A new management company CIS is going to take over and clean this place up. CIS is a great company that cares. The old owner of the building was complete scum!!

God, I really, really hope so. The decent tenants desperately deserve a break.
