Pros: We have been here for a month. And so far, it is good, very family oriented, most people are nice, courteous, and say hello to you. Parking is great! The washer and dryers are fine as long as you dont put too much detergent in it.Our application was done fast and easy. The apartment is nice and roomy. The heating is great. All utilties paid except for water. Stores near by for food shopping. Near most highways. Pleasant.

Cons: We have ants. So we got a fogger and no more ants. I thought I would get a dishwasher and I didn't. But that's ok. :( Yes you can here sirens at night soemtimes and hear commotion in the apartments at times.

All and all the floors are quiet and so is everyone else. I mean expect people to be nosy from time to time. :)
