The Fairmount

I have been at the Fairmount since 2005. I have given reviews before and I will say that my experience has been great. The Fairmount is managed by Kamson Corporation and it is one of the most reasonable apartments. Tonya the manager is outstanding and easy to work with. She is a hard worker, stays late, and if you need something is responsive. That is something any tenant should want. During my years here, I have seen people come and go, but like the other poster- heating/A/C is fine. Water is fine. From time to time we have had some problems with the elevators but they are always fixed. The parking life has always treated me kindly, but then again, I don't have an expensive car, for the most part my floor is quiet. Yes sometimes I can hear other neighbors but I am an adult and will often tell them to quiet down. They do. This is an apartment complex not a house. So if people expect things to go their way all the time- then buying a house may be for them.

The Fairmount is near EVERYTHING. The GSP, NJ Turnpike, the train, 1 & 9, malls & movie, hotels, grocery stores, Walgreens, clubs, and resturants. Depsite the fact that we are near so much- it is pretty quiet here.

People are mixed and most people are courteous.

Any issues or problems I have had- have been handled. I do plan to one day move-out but into something that is my own. In the meantime, I will enjoy my stay here.
