I live in the 801 Building. It's a nice building, probably the nicest in the area. Pluses: Reasonable prices (rent included), recently remodeled, generally good tenants. Negatives: Supers (---------------------- (they know who they are)) are idiots. They shameless beg for bribes, which is ironic, since they rarely do anything to help anyone. Half the time the whole first floor sounds like a big screaming match... don't worry, it's just them fighting. The other major downside: elevators. There are two, but they jam _way_ too often... the FD was here twice (!) today to rescue people on two seperate occasions... usually happens at least once a month. But other than that, I'm actually happy with the place... I have a _great_ apartment, I just wish it was managed a little more professionally.
