We have had many leaks over the past two years, and they took multiple weeks to fully resolve in most cases. The building staff can be very hard to reach by phone. The lobby is relatively dirty. The staircase to the parking lot is dangerous.

The conditions are ok with the exception of the often emergency water shut offs and old dirty lobby carpet. The neighbors are respectful and quiet. The available parking spaces are a nice plus being that street parking can be tuff.

Lately we have kind of people that should not be in this comunity, disrepectfull and bad behavior, dog pee every where, dog ---- in the grass and dog smell in the lobby, insects, rats bugs bad elevator.

Needs more attention on sanitation areas ,elevators, laundry.. Main entrance and back entrance appearance ??needs more attention. sanitation staff needs to be hired with experience... I think for the price of the rentals we should have a better cleanness..

It's a good location with schools all around. There is parking available at an additional fee. Maintenance could be better when there is an issue takes a very long time for someone to respond or even acknowledge you need repairs.

It was luxury living when i moved in, the services, tenants quality has decline and so has the customer service, living standards and management capability to handle simple everyday situations. They continue to delay fixes thus inconveniencing tenants with normal everyday necesities like Water.

Dealing with frequent leaks into apartment. Winter is most comfortable as there are no leaks and maintenance can finish up repairs until the next Summer when AC is on. The intercom for the apartment has never worked, I've given up on that.
