Nice apt, bad mgmt From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/16/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   This is a lovely apt. Its well maintained and all untilities included. Going thru these reviews tho shows how mgmt treats people. I've noticed they have their favorites. My husband and I are not one of them!!! They are rude, disrespectful, and they do NOT repair in a timely manner. We constantly have to call the mgmt company in order to get anything done. -----, one of the supers, is a liar. Make sure you inspect the apt thoroughly upon moving in and get anything she promises in writing. Because once the lease is signed, she will screw you. ----, the other super, is just as bad. He's rude and I've seen him curse out several people. He is not quick about repairing and he makes you feel like you owe him one (ie pay him $$$) for repairing anything--despite the fact its his job. They are not trustworthy and its a shame because it would be a great place to live. I moved out this summer after living here for a few years because of them. They have their favorites. I've seen them be polite to other tenants but they were downright rude to me and my family (including my child!!!!). Do not live here.
