I have read all these reviews and realize now why on the bottom of this website you must judge the truthfulness of any review.
I have lived in Westminster Towers for almost 5 years and the reason I stay is because of Alan "the Super" and Patti the leasing agent (she is not the Super). I live right next door to them and I see and hear everything that goes on. They do their job way and beyond for EVERY resident. They are here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Residents ring their bell constantly and they are always helpful to all of them. I was sick last week and Patti made me chicken soup and hot tea. She even gave me stamps to mail my letters. They never ask for money and they are giving people.
I believe those people who wrote those reviews, especially those who moved in and did not sign their names, had problems like breaking their lease or moving without letting the Super know. I am retired and I see how residents overload elevators when they move out when the Super is not here to supervise. The super must report them to his manager.
In my heart they have it out for the Super who is only doing his job. I am proud to live here and proud to sign my name.
