Before becoming victimized by what appears to be professionalism, believe me.....a wolf does dress in sheeps clothing!! Upon my initial introduction to this building, I was quite impressed, however, that soon wore off. Here is the list:

1.Elevators are constantly broken.
2.Repairs are only done after making legal threats.
3.Cars are broken into.....even when parked in the buildings private and paid parking area!!
4.Let's not forget, yes, utilities are included, but heat is hit and miss in the winter and a/c is a joke(it would be better if someone were blowing air on you out of a straw).
5.Tenants in the building are slobs, I don't know where they came from before, but they need to take their filth and disgusting habits back to wherever they came from.

Now, if after all of this you still wish to reside here.....let me know, you can have my apartment!!
