I remember feeling so welcomed when I first moved in...but then life happened, and once you inconvenience the leasing agent, she can become QUITE nasty. She hangs up phones on tenants, yells, ignores, bad mouths as if we have a personal relationship. While this clearly doesn't happen to everyone, it should not happen at all. It has never been warranted and there are other more composed mannerisms that she should exhibit toward all tenants...She seems to think she does the tenants a favor even though the tenants pay rent. It sucks, because they seem cool but can turn ugly on you like fool's gold.

biplar, move out and stop bitching, you can tell you wrote all the bad reviews, we love it here, we can use some new tenants.

the leasing agent is fabulous, she always give my children gifts and is very caring.
