Super for the East Building is NOT helpful

I live in the East Building. I like this building, but I don't like the super.
It can take him forever to get something repaired, even if it is very simple.
He gives excuses such as no supply available 20 days after repair is requested.
He told me something is not supposed to work just to avoid repairing it. I fixed it myself.
He has a working hour from 7am to 4pm, which is REALLY convenient for residents who work during the day.
To be fair to him, sometimes he did repair something. If you keep asking him in the face or he runs out of excuses, he may do it.
