(Just to clarify, I am not the same person with "Bipolar" Comments)

These ratings are calculated based on few people's opinion who care to post their reaction on the internet. Statistically they fail to provide a true picture (because the sample's population and it's size are not selected randomly and scientifically).

I can tell from my experince and of few other families that have lived there
- Apartment is in excellent location and reasonably maintained
- Super like some people and provide support to them. They shout at many others. It happened with me on the day I moved in (I was a late caller because I needed to ask a question about taking delivery of my mattress that arrived late)
- Your nationality is a big factor in determining the responses/ service you get
- Super (-----, -----) expect gifts and money under the table for services and parking.
- Repairs take plenty of time (unless you are supers' favorite)

( I know there will be few nasty response to this review- most likely by the supers themselves)

move to a tenament, if you can't obey the rules, this place runs just fine with our great super!! -------------

-----------------------, I am a resident here, I go by the rules, why can't you, you are probably the one who broke the elevator, moving your matress on off days, chame on you!! I am old, I am glad they have ruls thats why its safe here.
