All I have to say is that I live here and this is not true. I keep my apartment clean and therefore have had no mice, rats, or bugs of any kind. If you do have a problem the management will take care of it as soon as you place the work order. I have not heard of anyone in the building being robbed by gang members, nor have I seen any gang members in the building. As for the suicides there is no way to know why they killed themselves. If you really want to know about a building you should speak to someone who currently lives there. (It is also possible that some of these complaints were under the old management company)

If you think this building is so good, why don't you sign you name leasing agent we all know you were told to write this review because you have so many empty apartments. A two bedroom all rouches and mice included 1600.00 Thats terrible, Shame on you for lying to god honest people. Don't move here you will be sorry
