Very Nice building but management is not fair to the current tenants.At the current time their are empty apartments that have been available for months. Management had posted a green flyer offering current tenants $500.00 for referals. What is wrong with this complex if their are offering such a lucrative deal it look so cheap that I took the sign down. This complex needs to come up with a better marketing plan to attract quality professional individuals and families. Send a mailing through the mail offering the incentive from management would be a better plan. Hanging flyers of that magnitude make this complex look desperate to tenants guest and potential renters.

Management staff is nice but I am moving at the end of the month from my two bedroom apartment in the west building. This complex needs to value the tenants and listen to the concerns being voiced. In order to get these apartments rented their need to create a better marketing plan. Their are great people in the building. Everyone says hello and are friendly. I recommend the place but be leary of management. At the current time they have apartments at $999 which have been empty for monthss. I wonder why.

The apartments are empty because the building is falling apart. Roches, bed bugs, No AC, leaks all over the place, and to top it off, Someone got mugged in the elevator. Save your money, DON"T MOVE HERE!!!!
