Good.
1) Access to major highways.
2) Shopping Complex (Kmart) and Banks very close (Walgreens Pharmacy, Payless shoe, Nat Valley Bank, Block Buster)
3) Individual blocks and not highrise so good for kids to play in the lawn
4) NJTransit Bus Service to NewYork #160
every 30 mts and on Mon-Fri
5)Rail road (Broadway) stattion close by Train to Hoboken good sevice on week days
6) Dunkin Donuts about 1 mile Seven Eleven on Rt 4 very close Summit Bank about 1 mile
Bad.
1) Service. Need to push people to get things done
2)On Weekends no service even if emergencies
cropt up
3)Cockroach problems
4)Hard Lease terms - you must notify three months in advance otherwise your lease will be automatically be renewed. you lose heavily penalty if you break lease.
5)Forget about free parking. You cant park
comfortably. If you are a little late then the street is full no free parking in Elmwoods own parking slots.pay for it.
Pay 240$ for a year.
