If you are considering moving into these apartments, I strongly suggest you reconsider. The walls are literally paper thin. You can actually hear your neighbors using the bathroom. You can hear when they drop change on the floor like it's right next to you. The ceilings leak, and they do a really shoddy job on "patching" it up. The electric wiring is atrocious. You actually have to turn off the lights and unplug any electric appliances in the kitchen before using your microwave, or the electricity in that whole side of the apartment WILL SHUT OFF!! You will have to run back and forth to the circuit breaker to keep turning back on the electricity. The parking is a NIGHTMARE. You'll be lucky to get a parking space 4 blocks from your apartment if you get home after 5pm. Oh, and good luck getting anything fixed if there are any problems. You'll be lucky if they even respond to your complaint within a month of alerting them. They charge alot more than these apartments are worth. You have no control over the heating. During snow storms, they don't plow until late afternoon, usually way after the time you would have to leave for work. The area around the leasing office is really beautiful and well kept.....but before you buy into that, take a ride around the complex. It's really quite disgusting.
