The maintenance guys blow off the fallen leaves from the sidewalk( in Boulevard) - to the ground which again fly off.the general landscape is ditry.
There were a lot of defects e.g the bath tub had dark spots, the kitchen table had a dent,

The rent for a one bedroom apartment is too high at $ 999.

In one of my neighbours apartment ( 87A Boulevard) there were a lot of roaches.

Maintenence people after you vacate the apart,ment will leave the lamps on for 24 hrs a day - you have to pay the bills to PSE & G who always make an estimated reading instead of the actuals and overcharge you.

Positive thing - Got security deposit back promptly.
