I have moved in one of the Elmwood village communities (westminister communities). Let me tell you one thing, dont get fooled with the way they greet you first time. For you to rent the apartment they can do anything once you rent it they will make you a ping pong ball and for every maintenance request you will have to wait months (litterly months ....). Whenever you will call them for the maintenance you will get a very rude response and a static response "WE HAVE SUBMITTED YOUR WORK ORDER BUT WE ARE CURRENTLY DOING EMERGENCIES ONLY AND IT WILL TAKE A WHILE", and when you ask them an estimate of time they will tell you "WE DONT KNOW" and will hangup the phone.



please consider this one before even thinking about renting any of westminister management apartments.

I am sure that all the good things you see in this website about the maintenance is from Maintenance people itself.
