The worst maintenence

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
 
I have been living in this apartment complex for 3 years and the only thing that they are good in, is bad maintenence. The tenants live here because it is conveniently located, otherwise this is the worst apartment complex to live in. The heating is always a pain. The complained is hardly entertained and above all the management is rude in their response. GOD save us.
