The apartment complex is quite large and although it is the size that it is, they have a good maintenance staff and an on-call staff that comes to your apartment even when the office is closed. The promotions always change and they are always offering something good. I happened to have received a free air-conditioner and a reserved parking space for 1 full year, which came in very handy. The Management office is very friendly and helpful and elmwood park is a nice, quiet town. I truly will miss it but business calls and I am forced to move.
