1. Very old, outdated, expensive apartments.

2. The so called "landscaping" is non-existant. There are several dead trees and weeds all over the place.

3. Parking is a nightmare! Get ready to circle the complex a few times before finding a spot a mile away.

3. The "management" in the front office is the most unprofessional bunch of yahoos I have ever had the misfortune to encounter.

4. Maintenance only cleans the grounds when they are expecting the upper management to drop by. Otherwise be careful where you step!

5. Hope you never have a maintenance emergency. The staff can?t be found during a weekday, imagine the weekends.

6. Their accounts department has the worst recording keeping I have ever seen. They are famous for sending out "eviction" letters for without a valid reason to do so.

7. No pets or satallite dishes allowed. Right! we have pets and dishes all over the place.
8. The heat is not adjustable because the radiator valves have been painted over so many times that they can't be moved. When you call the office to complain they tell you to open a window.
