I have been here for 7 months and they still haven't successfully fixed the leak in the bedroom. The plaster is coming down in chunks. Maintenance doesn't show up when they are supposed to. ---- roaches of all shapes and sizes visit on a regular basis. The gutters are literally falling off the roofs. Parking is a joke. The garages are old and delapidated. The locks on them don't even turn they are so rusted. The toilets don't flush. (God forbid you have guests over.) During the winter and the spring it is so hot that you sweat. You can't adjust the heat because the knobs have been painted shut. Management has their head so far up their ass they can't even see. I can't wait until my lease is up. I think they should burn the whole place down and make it a parking lot. I can't believe i am paying this much money to live in a sty!!!!
