Hello to whom ever read this. Im a very happy customer and love my apartment, I lived in a building with people who didn't care where the garbaged lyed and yet complained about the landlord of it being a slum. I find elmwood to be a small quiet community and the school is very close all persons that i came in contact with of the community of elmwood park are very polite and kind, helping, as i read all the reviews and seemed very disturbing that you can say that with not even a flinch but remember you make your home represent the way you live.
So enjoy your home as I am for the past year.
P.S. just a note I remember seeing my unit bare to the walls before i signed the contract and I was and stil am happy with it.

by the way the mini mall is an added bonus with a supermarket avaiable 24 hrs a day and a pharmacy also schools close by its the best, me and my daughter love walking and checking it out. especially when you don[t want to drive.
