1.) The leasing agent is a SHARK, they will do ANYTHING to get you to sign a lease.
2.)They took us to court over non-payment of rent. My roommate and I took a day off from work, and took our cancelled checks. The case was dismissed by the judge.
3.) The ONE toilet we had, over-flowed on a Satuday night and when I got ahold of the Super he told me "That is NOT Emergency, stop bothering me, I will fix Tuesday" as there was an inch of standing water, and we would need to use the toilet before Tuesday, my roommate and I drove to the nearest 24-hour Home Depot and bought some plumbing equipment and fixed the problem ourselves.
4.)A Parking SPOT was $55 a month if you want a garage it's MUCH more.
5.)We had VERY loud neighbour who fought constanly, threw loud parties, played loud music, and we just bad neighbours. We called the management office to no avail. We called the police and they moved out within a week.
6.) 1 month before we moved out the super appeared with some "muscle". After I asked why he was trying to get into my apartment without giving 24 hours notice(as per the lease) He told me there was a leak in my apartment and it was an emergency. There was no leak, and when I tried to push the door closed, he forced it back open and tried to cut my chain lock. I got my phone and called the police. The then backed down. I took a month off from work to "guard" my apartment until I moved.
