I have not seen ONE single american and the town is awful and overly populated!!!!

There are drug dealers everywhere in this community, nowhere to park, and even the management personnel is rude, except for the property manager and the leasing manager.

Otherwise, the community is like white trash, except for the fact that nobody is white.

SCARY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so your racist from your comments, you need to wash your mouth out with soap and i bet your parents would be ashamed to know your expressing your feelings in this manner, than i guess you need to buy an island and live by yourself where you can be at peace.

It's funny that you say that you should only live here if your Spanish...I am Puerto Rican and I do live here and I never had a problem with parking or bugs. You see I was smart and I rented a garage to avoid the inconvenience of no parking. Above all else, however, is that you are trully ignorant in regards to your comment. Maybe you should go back to school and re-educate yourself in order to be a productive member of society rather than a nuisance. It is people like you who make this world so impossible to live in. I also lived in Fair Lawn for quite a few years, we should not talk about who the "trash" really is.
