DO NOT ... I REPEAT DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT HEAR. THERE ARE ROACHES ALL OVER THE PLACE/ THERE IS GARBAGE ALL OVER THE PLACE.

OH... LETS NOT BEGIN TO TALK ABOUT THE MANAGEMENT. ONE WORD - "HORRIBLE".

OH YAH... THEY ARE SO SWEET WHEN YOU COME TO RENT BUT IT ALL ENDS THERE.

GO DOWN TO THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE... TRY TO SPEAK IWTH THE NON-EXISTENT MANAGER. NEVER THERE, ALWAYS SOMEPLACE ELSE. SOMETIMES I FEEL LIKE I SEE HIM RUNNING OUT OF THE OFFICE WHEN SOMEONE COMES TO SPEAK TO HIM.

RUN AWAY... RUN FAR AWAY.

TAKE MY WORD FOR IT. I MOVED IN LAST YEAR AND I MOVED OUT THIS YEAR. DONE. ONE OF THE WORST YEARS OF MY LIFE.

i don't understand how you can complaina yearlater on the internet when the office is on the property. cry me a river anyone that has to type a complaint on the internet surely shows the lack of maintenance upon your part because from what i have read the have maintenance 24 hrs a day. If you want a beautiful home with noproblems buy one already newly built if not stop the whinning and get a life.

Woman who keep responding to every negative -- IF you stopped wasting your time on the internet and starting doing WORK around the office, things might get done alot faster. All you do is sit on your fat bum in the office, surfing the internet, doing nothing to help the people that pay your salary. You should set aside half of your salary and go to english classes. Stop making the place look worse by repsonding and start doing what's in your job description. You fool.

yes those who defend this village are the ones who get lucky on their part.... maybe they have lots of freebies such as 4 parking spaces that they dont pay at all, because the village have no record of them ever renting the parking slots.....
